These terms and conditions govern your use of the BlinkRoll website and mobile application. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

BlinkRoll provides a digital disposable camera experience through a mobile application. Users purchase a "roll" (a set number of digital photo slots), take photos using the app, and receive physical printed copies delivered to their address.

2. Purchasing a Roll

Rolls are available in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. Prices are displayed on our website and include printing and shipping costs. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is required before a roll can be activated in the app.
  • Roll purchases are non-transferable.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany. Delivery times are estimated at 5–10 business days after your roll is completed and processed. BlinkRoll is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund requests can be made if your roll has not yet been processed for printing.
  • Once printing has begun, refunds are no longer available.
  • To request a refund, contact us at hello@blinkroll.be.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos taken with BlinkRoll. By using our service, you grant BlinkRoll a limited license to process and print your photos solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You agree not to use BlinkRoll to capture, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

6. Limitation of Liability

BlinkRoll provides the service "as is." We do not guarantee specific photo quality outcomes, as results depend on factors such as lighting, camera hardware, and user handling — similar to a traditional disposable camera.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
