Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?

Once your roll is complete and processed, prints are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.

My roll is full but nothing happened?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. The app will upload your photos automatically once the roll is complete. If the issue persists, email us.

Can I get a refund?

If your prints haven't been processed yet, we can issue a refund. Once printing has started, refunds are no longer possible. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Germany.

My photos are blurry — what happened?

Just like a real disposable camera, some photos may turn out blurry or imperfect — that's part of the charm. Make sure to hold your phone steady when shooting.

Is BlinkRoll available on iOS?

BlinkRoll is currently available on Android via Google Play. An iOS version is in the works.
